The problem was that termite companies were not able to issue a termite bond for structures with spray foam insulation. If someone did not step up, the problem would only get worse. After extensive research, we were able to create a way to treat and bond these homes.
Next, we had to find an underwriter that would back us up. After presenting our program to multiple underwriters, we were able to secure our backing. We are the fastest-growing company in the industry, and we show no signs of slowing down. To date, we have almost 500 renewing termite customers and currently have 9 employees. Since our beginning, we have used our unique treating program to cover other structures that are having problems getting termite bonds.
These structures are homes with stucco and pilings.
