Hi, my name is Marsha Ipsen, owner of Summit Pest Control. I started Summit Pest Control back in 1993 after working as supervisor for a large national company where I received my Georgia State Structural Pest Control License. I am certified in both household pest control and wood destroying organisms. One of the biggest reasons I chose to go off on my own was I saw a need for a customer service based pest control company.
The words customer service are used a lot, however like most people, when I heard companies talk about customer service, it quickly became words, not actions. Therefore I established my business based on my service reputation, and now 24 years later, my business has continued to grow primarily from word of mouth. My philosophy is very simple, my customers help take care of my family, I owe it to them to do the best job I can.
