Revised 2/2/21 - Chase is awesome. He is always on time, sends me a text reminder to confirm, and remembers the details of what I want done. He's respectful and the service is great. I never have any bug issues and he is careful with our pets. Super happy with Chase and the team at Essential Pest Management. I wouldn't use anyone else. I met with Pat(Owner) two weeks ago and asked him to give me a quote for my commercial building and three residential homes. He promptly presented me with a written quote and a recommended maintenance program. I agreed and gave Pat phone number of the three residential homes for him to call and schedule. Within one week, Pat had completed all properties. Billing was processed electronically and accurate.
