Alley Cat was thorough in their cleaning and disinfecting the whole house. They covered all the holes where the rats can come through. They said they will follow up in 2 weeks reguarding rat traps they have installed. I am very happy with their service and they are affordable compared to Mighty Men in Benicia.

Hello, Up til now, I had never seen or heard rats on my property. In the past, I have had mice, periodically, and I called another company who did better with pests. But today, I say good riddance to all the rodents with Alley Cat, which one of my tenants called. I was impressed with Lee, who did the initial assessment and education with me re signs of ongoing rodent infestation.

He made suggestions re how to detect rodents on the premises and even on my car engine! I made an appt and paid a small deposit. In little over a week a crew of 4 led by Williar, showed up. They all worked efficiently, diligently and steadily x4-5 hours cleaning, sealing, setting snap traps, and sanitizing my attic, crawl spaces, and any holes they discovered interiorly and exteriorly.

They were courteous, and Williar went above and beyond to answer my questions and patiently show me the work, including in the attic, that they had done. I took out the 3 year warranty, and will follow up as necessary. I know I am not the Only rodent victim in the Bay. I feel confident and I am thankful to Alley Cat for coming to my Rodent Rescue.

This is the 3rd company I have worked with and Alley Cat puts the others to shame. Very knowledgeable about prevention, professional, and very clean. This is the only rat remediation company that ever mentioned that it's not healthy for us to have the air filters on while they are working. I shut her to think of what happened with the other companies while they were working in the attic.

Huge shoutout to Alley Cat and all their work they did for us. Starting up, Lee our inspector, was amazing. He was very knowledgable, and easy to talk to! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and are always prompt in responding to texts/calls. Carefully explained all my options and prices were fair. Showed up on time to do the work (had insulation added in my attic to bring up to code) and cleaned up after they were finished. My house is just a little over 100 sq. ft. and it took them less than two hours to complete the work.

The workers were very thorough. They found rat droppings in my garage, when I thought I had mice. Everything was cleaned and sanitized in both the garage and subarea, and all points of entry sealed. The team was wonderful---professional, courteous, and hard-working. They seemed so thorough---on the roof, in the crawlspace, in the attic, in every room. They also kept the house very clean, and were careful to cover their shoes, lay down brown paper to walk on, and put up plastic sheeting to protect the contents of the rooms. Highly recommended!

A crew from Alley Cat rodent-proofed my house. During the initial inspection it was found that I had a rat, not mice as I thought. Since the first appt was weeks away (this is their busy time of year) I trapped the rat myself, but they fit me in when there was a cancellation. They cleaned up my attic and crawlspace and secured any entrance ways, both to the crawlspace and attic from outside and into my house, and they set traps but obviously didn't think they'd be necessary.

The receptionist always got back to me promptly (even if I hung up on hold) and the crew showed up basically on time, after a notice that they were on their way. They were very professional, took plenty of pictures to show me their work, and I hope they were affective -- there is a warranty. I would recommend them.

We called Alley Cat for a bid concerning rats in the house. The person who came to provide the bid was very professional as well as personable. They provided a thorough explanation of what was happening and what would be done to alleviate the issue. They also provided us with an option that would save us money, while not impacting quality. When the technicians came again the whole crew were respectful, friendly but what we appreciated most was the professionalism.

They did not get impatient with our concerns. They found areas to treat that were not identified earlier by us. We had areas that we were unsure that they would identify and they had treated them before we asked. Additionally they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Very pleased with the service.

Alleycat service techs are professional, thorough, responsive and considerate. They are clean, wear shoe covers and masks. As they are always punctual, I called about the arrival time for my tech's visit today. The receptionist was very apologetic and explained his car had broken down and another tech would be arriving shortly for my service visit.

As promised, Sergio arrived. He was very professional, responded to my concerns and noted that there was evidence of dampness in my basement. He explained mold and mildew could ensue and briefly explained that vapor wrapping is one way to confront that problem. I shared that I had experienced a broken sprinkler last week and hadn't been able to shut off the water.

We had a mouse living in the attic and crawl space of our single-family home. Alley Cat came out and did a thorough inspection. They returned to remove and clean up the mouse nest, block off the entrances, and set up traps. They came back twice to inspect the traps. It's been several months and we've seen no sign of mice. Also, during the inspection, they identified several of the heating vents in our crawl space were connected improperly.

I got a quote from an HVAC vendor to fix the vents, but Alley Cat made a counter offer that was less expensive. So we had them do that work too. The entire team was extremely professional. I would happily use them again and recommend them to a friend.
