I actually discontinued my previous long-time pest control provider to switch to Armis! I feel like the competition in the area is pretty high, so things like customer service are going to make places like this stick out. I called Armis to try them out because we have a vole problem in our backyard. We didn't want to use rodenticides (our previous provider's only option) or anything like that because, although they are supposedly kid and pet safe, we still didn't want to poison a vole that might later be eaten by bird or neighbor's puppy, etc.

When I chatted with Ronald at Armis about the problem he was more willing to consider our concerns and problem solve with us to avoid using rodenticides, but clearly communicated all the options and trade offs. Also Ronald has been really responsive whenever we had questions. We appreciated the couple of one-off services enough that we signed up for their quarterly service.

Have used Armis for YEARS. They are the BEST. Stephan came today for an active mouse problem and found the hole very quickly. Set traps and bait and will fill the hole in about a week. after treatment. He was so polite and helpful. Traits not always found today in young men.

I've been using Armis for quite a lot of years now. They always come when I need them. I've had issues with gophers, mice, s p i d e r s, and so many other bugs living out by a pond. They come in and save the day every time I call. (I have a phobia of s words so I call a lot!) would recommend 100%

Stefan came out for our service today and did a great job knocking down any webs or bugs clinging to our house. Update! My friend Bob came by today for the quarterly spray. He did the normal rounds but also sprayed all the holes in my trampoline frame to prevent hornets and spiders! I wouldn't have thought about that until they started being a bother. Another great service to recommend to the Treasure Valley. Very impressed by the efficient service. The service man hosed off the lower part of the house and took down wasps nests.

He quickly sprayed the perimeter in and out of the house. Many bugs and spiders have been seen crawling away from the house dying since. Hell be back in a couple weeks to get the second round to kill newly hatched spiders.

The most thorough pest control I have ever found. The service is amazing and he goes above and beyond each time. Ronald gets the webs and treats in areas that were never included even in higher priced quarterlies with other pest services. Most the pest companies will spray and clean spider webs from the exterior and treat inside the home, but I've never had a company treat and cleans webs on the inside of my garage, bushes, garden boxes, pergola and walk my entire property looking for issues.

This is all part of his standard pricing. So that price that matches up with other companies in the valley actually gets you more bang for your buck. The owner Ronald is who completes the work not some low paid kid who sprays your windows. We will never use another pest control after experiencing the Armis way.
