U Kill'em has it roots in citrus county Florida where my father In law Dan and his son Steven have the original U Kill'em that has been in operation over 30 years. I moved to the Brevard County area in 2001 and opened U Kill'em in Palm Bay in 2004 which we moved to our current location in Melbourne in 2008.

A few months ago the Brevard county commission passed a fertilizer ordnance for the unincorporated areas of Brevard county.
Many people believe we have a blanket ban on fertilization.
If you live with in city limits of any city in Brevard, each city has its own regulations.
Some cities will allow a 50% slow release fertilization during this time, and cities like Melbourne, and Palm Bay have NO RESTRICTIONS AT ALL!.
