Rich moved to the Finger Lakes when he was 14 years old, where he quickly fell in love with the area.
Rich has spent the last 12 years working in the Pest Control industry and he could not see himself doing anything else. Coming from a military and law enforcement family, Rich has always been a person that you can count on when you are in need. This alone has helped him understand how to interact with his customers and provide them with more than just a superior service.
Rich loves that he is able to help his customers solve their Pest Control problems, and he truly enjoys the work that he does. Courtney has lived in the Finger Lakes Area for most of her life. She graduated from Naples in 2007, met Rich shortly after and they were married in 2012.
