Wash and dry ALL Linen and clothing inside the entire residence including any curtains in the hottest water possible per the items label.

An adult female flea will lay a few eggs each day, up to 300 in her lifetime.
The eggs will hatch anywhere from two days to a week depending on environmental conditions.
The life cycle of the flea can vary.
Before the flea develops into an adult, it will go through a pupa stage where it is encapsulated in a cocoon.
This stage can last for several months up to a year.
It will emerge from the cocoon with warmth or vibration or mechanical signals such as such a paw stepping on the cocoon.
It is not uncommon for a family to move into a empty home that had a flea infestation and then suddenly have a reinfestation.

There are many types of roaches but some people would say the German cockroach is the most nuisance.
It is commonly found in homes, restaurants, and other dwellings.
Although this pest can come in through cracks and crevices, they are known for moving to other areas by hitchhiking.
They are moved about by people or in products from grocery stores, shipped products, etc.
Adults are pale and 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch long and are distinguished from other roaches by two dark stripes on the anterior dorsal portion of the body.
