The entomologists at MMPC's Free Pest ID Center can analyze a physical specimen of your mystery pest - or pictures of the pest or insect bites - and provide identification results and suggestions for treatment.
If your specimen is uploaded or provided to the Center during regular business hours (8:30am to 6:00pm weekdays, 10:00am to 6:00pm weekends), an MMPC team member will contact you within two hours of submission.
If your specimen was submitted outside of regular business hours, we will contact you as soon as possible in the morning.
